Credit for prior learning and work experience
Many adults who return to college have earned credits elsewhere or have completed workplace or military training. They may be eligible to receive transfer credit or credit for workplace experience and training. Our program is especially generous, as we do not charge tuition for credits completed elsewhere. Students save time and money and start their new or enhanced careers more quickly. Students should contact the campus dean about the process of applying for credit.
Online learning especially helpful to students with busy schedules
Online study is particularly helpful to returning adults. Such students usually have full-time jobs and demanding schedules. They may have children and other family obligations that consume much of their spare time. Online college allows them to complete their class assignments late at night, at the breakfast table or on the weekend. They can continue to work and meet their other commitments.
