Members of Our Online Business Faculty

Our online business faculty teach classes in accounting, business management and business administration. They bring a variety of academic preparation and industry experience to their virtual classrooms.

Donny Bagwell has a PhD from Capella University as well as an MBA from the University of Sarasota and an MA from George Washington University.

Shelley Baker has a Master’s degree in Business and is currently working on her PhD degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management. She is a Branch Manager at a bank in Sioux Falls, SD.

Gregory Coughlin teaches classes such as Consumer Behavior and Introduction to MS Office™. He holds an MBA from Strayer University and is working toward a PhD in Education.

Antoinette Davis has a master's degree from Wayne State University and teaches in the accounting program.

Sarah Foslien has a Master’s degree in Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas. She teaches marketing classes and works as a business consultant in addition to being a member of the online business faculty at Globe University.

Kathleen Henry has a PhD in Human & Organizational Systems and teaches a variety of courses on topics that deal with the intersection of behavior and business. She operates an international consulting firm specializing in executive leadership and strategic intervention.

Janice Spangenburg

PhD in Business – Regent University
MA in Organizational Development – The Fielding Graduate School
MS in Management –Troy University
BA in Business Administration – Saint Leo University 

She was active duty Navy for five years. Also Department of Defense-twenty-five years covering areas such as program management, logistics, budgeting and contracts administration.  Management consultant in management and education and mentoring. Clients include the federal government and the U.S. Postal Service. Educational administrator with experience developing curriculum, managing faculty, mentoring, developing partnerships and managed an undergraduate academic chair for HR program. She teaches in the online MBA program at GU/MSB.

Ron Sundborg has an MBA from the University of Southern California and teaches entrepreneurship and business ethics.
